At LICC we invite speakers from various regions and countries to hold seminars and speak about some topics in history, culture, lifestyle customs, and so more. There are currently over 10,000 foreign residents from over 60 countries living in Okazaki, each with their own different cultures. The Multicultural Festival is an interactive event in which foreign and Japanese people of the city introduce some interesting parts of their respective cultures to each other, seeking to deepen mutual understanding. Come and experience some of the world’s charm through dance performances, food, and more.

The Okazaki International Association is hosting free consultations about various issues for foreign
residents of Okazaki. An expert in administrative procedures (Gyōseishoshi) will provide advice on
matters related to visas, naturalization, international marriage, and other issues (reservation is required).
